Phil Smith

Operations Director

Phil Smith leads PH Brickwork’s day-to-day operational delivery across construction, civils, groundworks and utilities support projects.

Phil is responsible for coordinating client requirements, mobilising site teams, overseeing contractor communication and ensuring labour support is planned around live site demands. He works with clients to understand the project location, scope of works, labour requirement, start date, site rules and delivery expectations before teams are deployed.

Area Manager

Joshua Michvich oversees multiple sites across PH Brickwork’s regional delivery areas, supporting day-to-day coordination between clients, operatives, supervisors and site teams.

Joshua’s role is focused on making sure labour is deployed effectively, site requirements are understood, attendance is monitored and any delivery issues are escalated quickly. He supports contractors across live construction, civils, groundworks and utilities environments where communication, safety and programme deadlines are critical.

Carl works with principal contractors, developers, civil engineering firms and utility contractors to understand scope of works, project location, labour requirements, start dates, drawings, site constraints and subcontract support needs. His role helps ensure enquiries are reviewed properly and clients receive practical, commercially realistic support.
